Hi Gals! I thought I'd mention a few simple common sense details for all swaps!
Remember, this is about having fun and being creative most of all, so make sure you enjoy the creative process most of all! Of course!
Some swaps where there are multiple items to create, such as the horse swap, it may be better if the (horses, in this case) are all sent to the HOST beforehand and so she can make sure that all the horses are separated out for each participant so none of the horses don't get corralled or left in the stall accidentally!
One on One swaps are easier to exchange, so unless the HOST says otherwise those can be brought to the swap night and given individually to each other.
Please if life intervenes and you need to back out of a swap, let the host know as soon as you can so there won't be any disappointments or confusion on swap night.
As the Paper Cowgirl event gets closer there will be more details on the actual handing out of our crafts to each other for that night. I know that everyone puts a lot of love and time and creativity in their creations, so we want to make sure to in a timely way let everyone OOOOHHHH and AHHHHH over what each other has created, ok?!
